Founded in 2010, the company is a manufacturing and machining enterprise occupying 35 mu of plant land in Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province — the top-ranked county in China by economic output. Jiangyin sits at the mouth of the Yangtze, historically a military stronghold and today a natural transhipment hub linking inland waterways with the sea. With the Yangtze to the north, it offers outstanding transport links, bordering Zhangjiagang to the east, Wuxi to the south, Changzhou to the west and Jingjiang to the north.
Our product range covers polyurethane pressure casting, pouring and guide-wheel grooving, and includes grinding-wheel sawing machine and diamond-wire sawing machine shafts, water sleeves, bearing housings, special guide wheels and rollers, square guide wheels, wheel refurbishment, sawing machine spare parts and guide bars. We operate 10 large-scale inner/outer grinding machines, machine components up to Ø500 × 3000 mm, and build complete main rollers, spindle boxes and wire take-up boxes as sawing machine assemblies.
The plant runs 3 coating and casting lines, 25 Makino machining centres, Mazak high-precision CNC lathes, and inspection equipment including a Mitutoyo profilometer, projection machine, coordinate measuring machine and three high-precision dynamic balancing machines. Newly built diamond-wire guide wheels are produced in both steel and carbon-fibre constructions, roller monthly output exceeds 500 sets, and coating plus grooving capacity for guide wheels and rollers runs above 1,000 sets per month.
We have invested heavily in the coating materials and grooving process for marble and stone cutting, sapphire and crystal cutting, magnetic materials, photovoltaic diamond-wire cutting and semiconductor cutting. Together with Jiangnan University we developed a new high-abrasion-resistance material that has passed production trials, and we designed the optimal grooving solution for each cutting process to the satisfaction of our customers.
